Admission criteria

Applicants must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS or equivalent) in Physics or a closely related field (such as physics engineering, doubles degrees Computer Science & Physics, Mathematics & Physics, etc.).

For applicants with degrees in related fields, it is essential that they have completed a substantial number of credits in core physics subjects, including experimental physics, theoretical physics, mathematical physics, condensed matter, quantum mechanics,…
Without these foundational physics courses, applicants will not be eligible.

Admission at the University of Toronto is decided during the first semester in accordance with the results obtained during the semester 1 and career objectives.

English skills (TOEFL, IELTS or other proof).
